1. Overview 

DanceSmart Business Solutions values customer satisfaction and stands by the quality of our products and services. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges are available for our digital products and coaching services.

2. Digital Products 

The DanceSmart Business Toolkit and any downloadable resources are non-tangible, irrevocable goods. As such, we do not generally offer refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions:

  • If a technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchased materials, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

  • If a duplicate purchase is made in error, please contact us within 7 days to request a refund for the duplicate transaction.

3. Coaching Services 

Refunds for coaching sessions are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation with Notice: Full refund if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Late Cancellation or No-Show: No refund if cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the session or if the client does not attend.
